Right across New Zealand there are 23 speedway venues affiliated with the governing body (Speedway New Zealand or SNZ). Each venue is individually promoted by either the local speedway club officials, or by a club-appointed private promotor/promotions company.

Of the 23 SNZ speedway venues, 17 have approval to run Superstocks as part of their race programmes.
Of these 17, 10 feature Superstocks regularly throughout thier season, while the other 7 will run Superstocks occasionally as part of a semi-regular feature or demonstration event.

REGULAR SUPERSTOCK RACE VENUES
All of the venues here feature strong numbers in the Superstock class, with the cars running regularly throughout the season. However most venues will occasionally 'stand-down' their Superstocks on a particular race night. This is normally if there is an overflow of classes at their venue or if there is another major Superstock meeting on at a nearby venue.
Traditionally Rotorua and Palmerston North are considered the biggest fields in the north, while Nelson and Christchurch dominate the south.

OCCASIONAL SUPERSTOCK RACE VENUES
Of these venues, Kihikihi is the only location that has more than a couple of regular competitors. These treacks rely on visiting drivers from neighbouring tracks, and run at least one or two invitational type meetings each season. The attraction of the Superstocks always ensures big crowds when they do.
